At Baiduge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all fashion items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Baiduge account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
